With the victory, Lake Catholic improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH) to confront the Bruins in a Crown challenge on Friday, February 10. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 3-16.

Next up, the Scarabs confront the Benedictine Bengals (Cleveland, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. East Tech will attempt to improve on its 12-9 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 67-60 non-league win over John Adams (Cleveland, OH).
