South Dakota High School Basketball - Freeman can't hold off Scotland

The Freeman Flyers basketball team (Freeman, SD), was nudged 40-39 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Scotland Highlanders (Scotland, SD)

The Highlanders now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgewater/Emery for a non-league battle on Monday, February 6. Scotland will battle a Huskies team coming off a 59-27 non-league win over Gayville-Volin (Gayville, SD). The Huskies record now stands at 9-5.

The Flyers (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Hanson (Alexandria, SD). The Beavers come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record.
