North Dakota High School Basketball - Garrison thwarts Standing Rock

The Garrison Troopers (Garrison, ND) basketball knocked off the host Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND), 81-71 in Saturday's league test.
The Troopers (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Berthold (Berthold, ND). The Bombers go into the non-league test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Berthold went down by South Prairie (Minot, ND), 69-36, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Center-Stanton for a B Region 5 test on Tuesday, February 7. Standing Rock will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 82-36 league loss to Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-7.
