Connecticut High School Basketball - Harding ripped by New Canaan

The New Canaan Rams basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Harding Presidents to 23 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgeport Central for a Fairfield County contest on Tuesday, February 7. New Canaan will battle a Hilltoppers team coming off a 55-49 league loss to Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 4-9.

The Presidents (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Career Magnet (New Haven, CT). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Career Magnet was routed by Foran (Milford, CT), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
