Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lake Taylor Titans (Norfolk, VA), 60-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kecoughtan upgrades its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Phoebus (Hampton, VA) to play the Phantoms in a Peninsula bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Phantoms come into the bout with a record of 10-10. Phoebus lost 51-47 in their recent non-league bout against Hampton (Hampton, VA)

Next up, the Titans play the Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Lake Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Pilots come into the bout with a 14-5 record after their 58-54 league loss to Churchland (Portsmouth, VA).
