Minnesota High School Basketball - Lincoln thwarts North Community

The Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) basketball knocked off the host North Community Polars (Minneapolis, MN), 67-59 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Patriots (14-1) will now prepare for their test against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights go into the AA test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, O'Gorman notched a victory over Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD), 76-60, in a league test.
The Polars now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. North Community will encounter a Raptors squad coming off a 66-43 league win over Irondale (New Brighton, MN). The Raptors record now stands at 12-5.
