In Saturday's non-league match, the host Temple Christian Pioneers basketball team scored a good 59-50 triumph over the McComb Panthers.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Elgin Comets (Marion, OH) in a Northwest Central match, on Friday, February 10. Temple Christian will attempt to move on its 9-10 season record. The Comets enter the match with a 10-8 record after their 59-56 league loss to Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH).
