Union Red Hawks (Grand Rapids, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Otsego Bulldogs (Otsego, MI), 66-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Union upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Red Hawks travel to Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI) to play the Rockets in a Ottawa-Kent - Green bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Reeths-Puffer lost 69-34 in their recent league bout against Muskegon (Muskegon, MI)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI) in a Wolverine B bout, on Friday, February 10. Otsego will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record.
