Fossil Ridge Sabercats (Fort Collins, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), 35-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Fossil Ridge upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season.

Next up, the Lightning play the Poudre Impalas (Fort Collins, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Impalas go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 61-46 league loss to Erie (Erie, CO).
