Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks (Metairie, LA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA), 54-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Archbishop Chapelle upgrades its record to 17-10 on the campaign. The Chipmunks host Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 21-4. Parkview Baptist won 44-36 in their recent league bout against Port Allen (Port Allen, LA)

Next up, the Rebels play the Carver Collegiate Academy Rams (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Riverside Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 59-45 non-league win over GEO Next Generation (Baton Rouge, LA).
