The Lipscomb Academy Mustangs basketball team (Nashville, TN), dropped 49-37 in Saturday's league battle with the host Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions (Nashville, TN)
The Lions now possess a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Cecilia Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7. Christ Presbyterian Academy will confront a Scarabs team coming off a 40-34 non-league win over Merrol Hyde Magnet (Hendersonville, TN). The Scarabs record now stands at 6-15.
The Mustangs (11-14) will now prepare for their battle against Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Fightin' Irish come into the Division II-AA Middle battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Father Ryan dropped by Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN), 20-19, in a league battle.
