The Decatur Lutheran Lions basketball team (Decatur, IL), dropped 82-62 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL)
The Maroons now possess a 14-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Teresa for a Central Illinois battle on Thursday, February 9. Clinton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-4 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-10.
The Lions (9-18) will now prepare for their battle against Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL). The Broncos come into the Lincoln Prairie battle with a 20-8 record. In their last battle, Cerro Gordo/Bement prevailed over Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL), 66-52, in a non-league battle.
