New Mexico High School Basketball - Cuba trounces Navajo Pine

The Cuba Rams (Cuba, NM) basketball crushed the host Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM), 65-12 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rams (9-12) will now prepare for their test against Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Coyotes go into the 3A District 5 test with a 7-12 record.
The Warriors now own a 4-19 record. They play next when they host Laguna Acoma for a 2A District 1 test on Tuesday, February 7. Navajo Pine will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 55-33 league win over Dulce (Dulce, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 14-8.
