Immaculate Conception Lions (Montclair, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ), 66-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Immaculate Conception upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Sunday, February 5. The Lancers come into the bout with a record of 22-0. St. John-Vianney won 94-18 in their recent league bout against Raritan (Hazlet, NJ)

Next up, the Ridgers play the Payne Tech Lions (Newark, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Glen Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 17-1 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 46-45 non-league loss to Verona (Verona, NJ).
