The Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds basketball team (Uniondale, NY), was overwhelmed 66-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host St. Joseph Hill Academy Hilltoppers (Staten Island, NY)

The Hilltoppers now possess a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Shore for a non-league battle on Sunday, February 5. St. Joseph Hill Academy will confront a Vikings team coming off a 82-49 league win over Grand Street Campus (Brooklyn, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 16-5.

The Firebirds (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Our Lady of Mercy Academy (Syosset, NY). The Mustangs come into the Catholic - Long Island battle with a 13-3 record.
