Tea Titans (Tea, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Milbank Bulldogs (Milbank, SD), 48-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tea upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Titans travel to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Harrisburg won 40-38 in their recent league bout against Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Sisseton Redmen (Sisseton, SD) in a A Region 1 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Milbank will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Redmen go into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 63-54 non-league loss to Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD).
