The Viborg/Hurley Cougars basketball team (Viborg, SD), was routed 63-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD)
The Red Raiders now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tripp-Delmont/Armour for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7. Wagner will battle a Nighthawks team coming off a 60-37 league loss to Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD). The Nighthawks record now stands at 7-8.
The Cougars (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Parker (Parker, SD). The Pheasants come into the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Parker was routed by Canton (Canton, SD), 50-37, in a league battle.
