In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Waynedale Golden Bears basketball team scored a good 50-34 triumph over the West Holmes Knights.
In their next game, the Golden Bears meet the Dalton Bulldogs (Dalton, OH) in a Wayne County match, on Thursday, February 9. Waynedale will attempt to better on its 18-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 6-12 record after their 44-36 league loss to Smithville (Smithville, OH).
