The Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Providence-St. Mel Knights (Chicago, IL), 38-28 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Gladiators (23-2) will now prepare for their test against Harvest Christian Academy (Elgin, IL). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Harvest Christian Academy went down by Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL), 74-34, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola Academy for a test on Tuesday, February 7.
