Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL), 43-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Harlem upgrades its record to 13-12 on the campaign. The Huskies host Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL) to play the Knights in a bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Rockford Auburn won 70-51 in their recent non-league bout against Westinghouse (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Caxys play the Francis W. Parker Colonels (Chicago, IL) in a bout, on Thursday, February 9. Lake Forest Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Colonels come into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 46-40 league win over Chicago University (Chicago, IL).
