The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Helena Vigilantes (East Helena, MT) and the host Butte Central Catholic Maroons (Butte, MT), observed East Helena's basketball team knock off Butte Central Catholic by a score of 71-59.

The Vigilantes (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Laurel (Laurel, MT). The Locomotives come into the A Southeast challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Laurel prevailed over Custer County (Miles City, MT), 58-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Maroons encounter the Stevensville Yellowjackets (Stevensville, MT) in a A Southwest challenge, on Friday, February 7. Butte Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record.
