North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions overwhelmed by Carmel Christian

February 4, 2025: Matthews, NC 28105

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC), by a score of 72-37.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 6. Carmel Christian will attempt to improve on its 16-7 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 17-5 record after their 78-39 non-league win over Oak Ridge Military Academy (Oak Ridge, NC).

The Stallions (16-8) will now prepare for their test against Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC). The Runnin' Patriots come into the North Carolina Home Education - West test with a 9-20 record. In their last test, Surry HomeSchool was routed by South Charlotte (Matthews, NC), 66-60, in a non-league test.
