The Carthage Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Waynesville Tigers to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Parkview for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Carthage will confront a Vikings team coming off a 90-67 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Waynesville falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Tigers host Nixa (Nixa, MO) to confront the Eagles in a Central Ozarks game on Friday, February 7. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 12-1. Nixa won 77-54 in their recent league game against Joplin (Joplin, MO)
