The Christian Brothers Cadets basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Central Tigers to 49 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cadets now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they host De Smet Jesuit for a Metro Catholic game on Friday, February 7. Christian Brothers will confront a Spartans team coming off a 74-39 non-league win over Hazelwood Central (Florissant, MO). The Spartans record now stands at 19-2.

With the loss, Central falls to 14-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Principia (St. Louis, MO) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 20-0. Principia won 70-43 in their recent non-league game against Whitfield (St. Louis, MO)
