The Cerro Gordo/Bement Broncos basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Villa Grove Blue Devils to 42 in the Broncos league triumph on Tuesday.

The Broncos now possess a 8-16 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a Lincoln Prairie game on Friday, February 7. Cerro Gordo/Bement will play a Hawks team coming off a 54-44 league loss to Arcola (Arcola, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 8-17.

With the loss, Villa Grove falls to 5-15 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Unity Christian (Decatur, IL) to play the Lions in a Lincoln Prairie game on Friday, February 7.
