Ohio High School Basketball - Roger Bacon nips Colerain

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Roger Bacon Spartans basketball team scored a close 53-52 triumph over the Colerain Cardinals.
The Spartans (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (Cincinnati, OH). The Eagles go into the Miami Valley - Miami contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy was tipped by Taft (Cincinnati, OH), 80-77, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) in a Greater Miami contest, on Friday, February 7. Colerain will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 58-54 league loss to Princeton (Cincinnati, OH).
