The Cranston West Falcons basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Middletown Islanders to 45 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now possess a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Shea for a Division I game on Wednesday, February 5. Cranston West will confront a Raiders team coming off a 49-38 league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI). The Raiders record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Middletown falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Islanders host Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to confront the Chargers in a Division II game on Thursday, February 6. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 4-14. Chariho lost 94-50 in their recent league game against West Warwick (West Warwick, RI)
