The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Dickson Comets (Ardmore, OK) and the host Marietta Indians (Marietta, OK), observed Dickson's basketball team overwhelm Marietta by a margin of 80-30.
The Comets (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Sulphur (Sulphur, OK). The Bulldogs come into the Lake Country challenge with a 10-7 record.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Madill Wildcats (Madill, OK) in a Lake Country challenge, on Friday, February 7. Marietta will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 71-59 non-league loss to Riverside Indian (Anadarko, OK).
