The Ethan Rustlers basketball squad (Ethan, SD), was nudged 60-54 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels (Forestburg, SD)
With the victory, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Rebels travel to Parkston (Parkston, SD) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 6. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 12-3. Parkston lost 67-62 in their recent non-league battle against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD)
The Rustlers now own a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimball/White Lake for a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. Ethan will meet a Wildkats squad coming off a 57-26 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 3-11.
