Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders (Fort Madison, IA) followers were in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their basketball team crush the host Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA), 57-31 in a non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pekin for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Holy Trinity Catholic will play a Panthers team coming off a 68-37 league win over Columbus (Columbus Junction, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, Fairfield falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Burlington (Burlington, IA) to play the Grayhounds in a Southeast bout on Friday, February 7. The Grayhounds go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Burlington lost 55-45 in their recent non-league bout against Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA)
