The Seymour Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Gainesville Bulldogs to 42 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Mansfield for a Summit game on Tuesday, February 11. Seymour will confront a Lions team coming off a 56-54 league loss to Sparta (Sparta, MO). The Lions record now stands at 10-10.

With the loss, Gainesville falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Norwood (Norwood, MO) to confront the Pirates in a Summit game on Friday, February 7. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 19-2. Norwood won 89-27 in their recent league game against Fordland (Fordland, MO)
