In Tuesday's non-league test, the Mounds View Mustangs (Arden Hills, MN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN), by a score of 77-33.
Next, the Mustangs encounter the Roseville Raiders (Roseville, MN) in a AAAA Section 5 test, on Friday, February 7. Mounds View will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record.
The Hawks (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN). The Thunderhawks come into the AAA Section 7 test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Grand Rapids was routed by Cloquet (Cloquet, MN), 58-49, in a league test.
