South Dakota High School Basketball - Wessington Springs knocks off Iroquois/Lake Preston

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Wessington Springs Spartans basketball team scored a good 70-59 win over the Iroquois/Lake Preston .
The Spartans (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Warbirds come into the B Region 2 contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Wolsey-Wessington defeated Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD), 57-26, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the battle the St. Mary Cardinals (Dell Rapids, SD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Iroquois/Lake Preston will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the contest with a 13-1 record after their 67-36 league win over Chester (Chester, SD).
