New York High School Basketball - Jericho routs Seaford

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Jericho Jayhawks basketball team scored a big 62-39 win over the Seaford Vikings.
The Jayhawks (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against MacArthur (Levittown, NY). The Generals come into the Section 8 A-1 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, MacArthur was trounced by Valley Stream Central (Valley Stream, NY), 72-58, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Malverne Mules (Malverne, NY) in a Section 8 VIII contest, on Friday, February 7. Seaford will attempt to better on its 6-10 season record. The Mules come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 59-58 league win over North Shore (Glen Head, NY).
