In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Tewksbury Memorial Redmen basketball team scored a close 69-64 win over the Lawrence Lancers.
The Redmen (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dracut (Dracut, MA). The Middies come into the Merrimack Valley - Small contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Dracut was tipped by Lowell (Lowell, MA), 75-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lancers battle the Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) in a Merrimack Valley - Small contest, on Friday, February 7. Lawrence will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record.
