With the loss, Mission Valley falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Cair Paravel (Topeka, KS) to play the Lions in a Flint Hills bout on Thursday, February 6. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Cair Paravel won 69-50 in their recent non-league bout against Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS)
