New York High School Basketball - Monroe triumphant over School of the Arts

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Monroe Red Jackets (Rochester, NY) and the visiting School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY), observed Monroe's basketball team overwhelm School of the Arts by a score of 74-49.
The Red Jackets (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East (Rochester, NY). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, East trounced Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls, NY), 80-44, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Silverhawks encounter the Brockport Blue Devils (Brockport, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. School of the Arts will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 68-44 league loss to Greece Athena (Rochester, NY).
