Maine High School Basketball - Thornton Academy knocks off Oxford Hills

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans basketball team scored a good 75-66 win over the Oxford Hills Vikings.
The Trojans (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Biddeford dropped by Falmouth (Falmouth, ME), 67-43, in a league bout.
With the loss, Oxford Hills falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to play the Blue Blazes in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 6. The Blue Blazes go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Westbrook lost 76-68 in their recent league bout against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME)
