St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Saddle River Day Rebels (Saddle River, NJ), 60-56 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 3-10 on the year. The Falcons host St. Benedict's Prep (Newark, NJ) to face the Gray Bees in a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. The Gray Bees enter the match with a record of 8-10. St. Benedict's Prep won 65-44 in their recent non-league match against Chester (Chester, PA)
The Rebels now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Linden for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. Saddle River Day will face a Tigers squad coming off a 46-41 league win over Union (Union, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 9-9.
