The Winnetonka Griffins basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting St. Michael the Archangel Guardians to 65 in the Griffins non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Griffins now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Smithville for a Freelance game on Thursday, February 6. Winnetonka will confront a Warriors team coming off a 64-49 non-league win over Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 5-12.

With the loss, St. Michael the Archangel falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Guardians travel to Pembroke Hill (Kansas City, MO) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 11-9. Pembroke Hill lost 58-52 in their recent non-league match against Oak Park (Kansas City, MO)
