In Tuesday's non-league test, the Treutlen Vikings (Soperton, GA) basketball squad got by the visiting Wilkinson County Warriors (Irwinton, GA), by a score of 73-70.
Next, the Vikings clash with the Wilcox County Patriots (Rochelle, GA) in a A D2 Region 4 test, on Wednesday, February 5. Treutlen will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 6-13 record after their 70-37 league win over Dooly County (Vienna, GA).
The Warriors (15-7) will now prepare for their test against Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Trojans come into the A D2 Region 5 test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Johnson County was nipped by Hancock Central (Sparta, GA), 71-52, in a league test.
