In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Platt Panthers basketball team scored a big 67-36 triumph over the Newington Co-op Indians.
The Panthers (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against WMRP [Wethersfield/Middletown/Rocky Hill/Plainville] (Wethersfield, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Southington Blue Knights (Southington, CT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Newington Co-op will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
