The Illini West Chargers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Pleasant Hill/Western Wolves to 37 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now have a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Havana for a Prairieland game on Thursday, February 6. Illini West will confront a Ducks team coming off a 54-22 league win over Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL). The Ducks record now stands at 18-9.
With the loss, Pleasant Hill/Western falls to 12-13 on the campaign. The Wolves host Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL) to confront the Rockets in a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 8-17.
