Kentucky High School Basketball - North Laurel defeats Madison Central

The North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) basketball were winner over the visiting Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY), 65-53 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 19-1 record. They play next when they host South Laurel for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 6. North Laurel will play a Cardinals team coming off a 80-17 league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Madison Central falls to 21-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 18-4. Frederick Douglass won 87-43 in their recent non-league bout against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)
