The Atkins Camels basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Eastern Guilford Wildcats to 44 in the Camels non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Camels now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Northeast Guilford for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Atkins will confront a Rams team coming off a 51-29 non-league win over Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Rams record now stands at 17-3.

With the loss, Eastern Guilford falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Storm in a game on Friday, February 7. The Storm go into the game with a record of 5-12. Southern Guilford lost 63-22 in their recent league game against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC)
