Nebraska High School Basketball - Arapahoe overwhelmed by Hitchcock County

The Hitchcock County Falcons basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Arapahoe Warriors to 32 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.

The Falcons now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chase County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 8. Hitchcock County will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 68-36 non-league loss to St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-15.

The Warriors (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Cambridge (Cambridge, NE). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Cambridge was routed by St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE), 84-35, in a non-league contest.
