The North Rangers (Eastlake, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Perry Pirates (Perry, OH), 70-64 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rangers (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Andrews Osborne Academy (Willoughby, OH). The Phoenix go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Andrews Osborne Academy got by St. John (Ashtabula, OH), 71-26, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now own a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Madison for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 8.
