The Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ), 51-39 in Saturday's league test.
The Vikings (2-12) will now prepare for their test against Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ). The Royals go into the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Oak Knoll thwarted Dayton (Springfield, NJ), 45-28, in a non-league test.
The Crusaders now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Governor Livingston for a non-league test on Thursday, February 10.
