The North Bend Central Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Arlington Eagles to 30 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tekamah-Herman for a C2 District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 6. North Bend Central will battle a Tigers team coming off a 72-36 non-league loss to Twin River (Genoa, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 4-13.
The Eagles (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Plattsmouth (Plattsmouth, NE). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Plattsmouth was routed by Concordia (Omaha, NE), 62-34, in a non-league contest.
