The Cherry Hill East Cougars basketball team scored 88 points and held the visiting Lindenwold Lions to 45 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherokee for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, February 6. Cherry Hill East will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 52-42 non-league loss to Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 13-10.

The Lions (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ). The Thundering Herd enter the Colonial - Patriot contest with a 12-9 record.
